目的 探讨 CAMs与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系。方法 采用光镜、免疫组织化学技术对EM的在位子宫内膜和卵巢异位子宫内膜各17例、子宫内膜腺癌6例、对照组子宫内膜20例分别进行了病理组织学观察和E-cadherin、CD44表达的检测。结果 EM的在位子宫内膜和卵巢异位子宫内膜上皮细胞和内膜腺癌 E-cadherin表达均显著低于对照组;EM的卵巢异位子宫内膜上皮细胞和内膜腺癌 CD44表达较对照组显著增高。结论 提示EM的发生可能与 CAMs等多种因子表达异常相关,而对这些因子的检测亦可能为临床预防和诊治EM提供一种新的途径。
Objective To investigate the relationship between CAMs and the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods 17 cases of endometriosis and 18 cases of endometriosis with endometriosis, 6 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of endometrium of control group were observed histopathologically by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry And E-cadherin, CD44 expression was detected. Results The expression of E-cadherin in eutopic and ovarian endometrial epithelial cells and endometrial adenocarcinomas of EM was significantly lower than that of the control group. The expression of CD44 on EM in ovarian ectopic endometrial epithelial cells and endometrial adenocarcinomas Significantly higher than the control group. The results suggest that the occurrence of EM may be related to the abnormal expression of CAMs and other factors, and the detection of these factors may also provide a new way for clinical prevention and diagnosis and treatment of EM.
