产品召回制度是市场经济条件下对生产商、经营者与消费者之间进行经济关系调节的制度。它立足于社会化大生产所产生的整体经济利益,体现了维护消费者的人身财产安全、维护经营者公平竞争的精神,也是一种救济和维护措施。本文对产品召回制度进行了概述,分析了其经济法责任的性质,认为该制度是典型的经济法责任制度,有助于市场经济的快速发展。
The product recall system is a system of economic relations between producers, managers and consumers in a market economy. It is based on the overall economic benefits generated by the mass production of socialization, embodies the spirit of safeguarding the personal and property safety of consumers, maintaining the fair competition of operators, and also a measure of relief and maintenance. This article gives an overview of the product recall system, analyzes the nature of its economic law responsibility, that the system is a typical responsibility system of economic law, contribute to the rapid development of market economy.
