山东泉兴矿业集团公司隶属枣庄市政府,所属煤矿企业安全评估结果均达到AAA级以上水平,较好安全成绩的取得,得益于安全生产长效机制的不断创建和落实。本文主要介绍了泉兴矿业集团近年来创建和实践的七项安全生产长效机制,即:文化引导约束机制、安全诚信机制、安全基础管理保障机制、技术装备提升机制、经济杠杆撬动机制、安全监督考核机制、超前防范及应急管理机制。
Shandong Quanxing Mining Group Corporation under the Zaozhuang municipal government, the coal mine safety assessment results have reached AAA level above the better security achievements, thanks to the continuous creation and implementation of safety long-term mechanism. This paper mainly introduces the seven long-term safety production mechanisms created and practiced by Quanxing Mining Group in recent years, namely, the mechanism of cultural guidance and restraint, safety and integrity mechanism, safeguarded basic management and guarantee mechanism, technical equipment promotion mechanism, economic lever priming mechanism, Safety supervision and assessment mechanism, advanced prevention and emergency management mechanism.
