随着我国加快步入老龄化社会,工作场所老龄化趋势日益加重,对国家社会各部门的综合管理和运转带来不利影响。本文以企业部门为例,通过对工作场所老龄化现象及影响进行分析,发现工作场所老龄化趋势导致企业员工结构出现断层、影响年轻员工的工作积极性,并在一定程度上增加了企业的管理运营成本。为更好应对这一现实问题,应从注重老龄知识员工培训与再利用、推行师徒制和导师制、完善退休计划等方面着手,做好老龄人力资源的开发、利用与管理。
As China speeds up its entry into the aging society, the trend of aging workplaces is increasingly aggravated, adversely affecting the overall management and operation of various departments of the state society. Taking the enterprise department as an example, through the analysis of the phenomenon of aging in the workplace and its impact, it is found that the trend of aging in the workplace leads to the breakdown of the structure of employees and the enthusiasm of young employees, and to a certain extent, increased the management and operation of enterprises cost. In order to better deal with this realistic problem, we should start from the aspects of training and re-utilization of knowledge workers focusing on aging, implement mentoring systems and mentoring systems, and improve retirement plans so as to make the development, utilization and management of the aged’s human resources better.
