目的:对比观察全瓷桩核与合金桩核修复残根残冠的远期效果。方法:选择牙体大面积缺损桩核修复72例(128颗),随机分为全瓷桩核组(观察组)与合金桩核组(对照组)各64颗,分别进行修复治疗,对比观察两组远期修复效果。结果:观察组成功63颗,占98.4%;失败1颗,占1.6%。对照组成功57颗,占89.1%;失败7颗,占10.9%。两组成功率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用全瓷桩核修复残根残冠的远期效果满意。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the long-term effect of all-ceramic post-core and alloy post-core to repair residual root canopy. Methods: Seventy-two cases (128 teeth) of large defect dental implants were selected and randomly divided into all-ceramic post-core group (observation group) and alloy post-core group (control group) Long-term repair effect of both groups. Results: The observation group successfully 63, accounting for 98.4%; failure of a, accounting for 1.6%. The control group successfully 57, accounting for 89.1%; failed 7, accounting for 10.9%. The success rates of the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The long-term effect of using all-ceramic post-core to repair residual root crown is satisfactory.
