《贝多芬及其革命时代)))(((Beethoven and the Age of Revolution)))是一部1973年出版的研究专著,作者弗雷达·奈特女士是英国剑桥大学教授,曾两次访问我国。译者部承远同志是华中工学院外语系教师,1984-1985年在英国进修期间就住在奈特教授家里,在翻译过程中与作者朝夕相处,研讨问题,仅用一年时间就将全书译完。原书共200页,译成中文约十七方字。今年是贝多芬逝世160周年,这里发表该书的最后一章,以示纪念。
Beethoven and the Age of Revolution) (Beethoven and the Age of Revolution) is a 1973 research monograph published by Ms. Freda Knight, a professor at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, having twice visited China .
