各地生产救灾工作已经全面巨型,并已取得了很大的成绩。各地灾情已经基本上停止发展,严重的冬荒已经渡过。灾区春耕正在普遍进行,有的春耕计划已完成了大部份,并大量的播种了各种早熟作物和菜蔬。水利春修工程大都按照原定计划推进。这使完全战胜灾荒,保证完成一九五○年华东区农业生产任务,有了很好的基础。这证明了我们完全有战胜灾荒的条件和把握。但目前各地在生产救灾工作中还存在着不少缺点,在战胜灾荒保证完成春耕任务中还存在很多困难,必须及时加以克服。为了澈底战胜灾荒,保赞完成今年春耕任务之目的,各地必须明确地很好地解决下列几个问题: Disaster relief efforts have been massively produced around the country and great achievements have been made.
