城建项目中的造价控制贯穿于整个城建项目的过程,城建工程造价一般是指某项城建项目所花费的全部费用,即该城建项目有计划的进行固定资产再生产和形成相应的无形资产和铺底流动资金的一次性费用总和。城建项目的造价控制是一个动态的过程,要以“最优化、减量化、资源使用最小化”为主要原则。其中,城建项目造价控制在城建项目的全过程中有着十分重要的地位。本文浅析了城建项目造价控制中存在的问题和现状,并相对应的提出了一些可行性的建议。
