The 13th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China that has been paying attention to the country has already concluded its victory. The primary task of media publicity work is to give full play to initiative and creativity and strive to organize the study and publicity of the 13 major documents and strive to achieve the tasks set forth by the 13th CPC National Congress. The 13th CPC National Congress conducted a profound analysis of China’s national conditions and clearly pointed out that our country is in the primary stage of socialism and proposed the party’s basic line of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in this historical stage. This is a major achievement of the General Assembly and a major development in which the basic tenets of Marxism are combined with the reality of China. This basic line is the fundamental basis for formulating various policies at this stage as well as the key to our mastery of the 13th National Congress
