盐161地区属于新区产能建设井,钻探目的是开发盐161-斜2区块沙四段砂砾岩体油气藏。该地区东营组、沙一段、沙二段缺失,地层差异大,提前进入沙河街组,造成机械钻速降低,导致钻井周期延长。因此选用合适的钻头,及应用参数,调整钻井液性能和防止井下事故等措施,可以明显提高机械钻速,缩短建井周期。
The Salt 161 area belongs to the new district production capacity drilling well. The purpose of the drilling is to develop glutenite reservoirs of the Sha 4 Member of the Salt 161-Xie 2 block. The Dongying Formation, Shashi Formation and Shahejie Formation in the area are missing, and the strata differ greatly. They enter the Shahejie Formation ahead of time, resulting in the decrease of the ROP and the prolongation of the drilling period. Therefore, the selection of a suitable drill, and the application of parameters to adjust the performance of drilling fluids and prevent underground accidents and other measures can significantly improve the rate of ROP and shorten the well construction cycle.
