曲阜市铸造材料厂建于1980年,位于历史文化名城曲阜,邻临京福高速、京沪高铁、京沪铁路,南临日荷高速,东靠京沪高速。属于集体企业;占地面积10万m~2,建筑面积5.8万m~2;拥有员工120人,其中技术人员10余人。现任山东省铸造协会理事单位,曾参与造型材料的行业标准起草。一、铸造材料1.MD粉系列可替代煤粉和部分膨润土。可降低型砂水分,水分控制在2.8%~4.0%,紧实率控制在29%~45%,含泥量控制在9%~12%。作用是提高型砂透气性、退让性和流动性,提高表面质量。减少夹砂、气孔等缺陷有独特效果。
Founded in 1980, Qufu Casting Material Factory is located in Qufu, a famous historical and cultural city. It is adjacent to Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Rail and Beijing-Shanghai Railway, south to Japan-Holland Expressway and east to Beijing-Shanghai Expressway. Belonging to collective enterprises; covers an area of 100000 m ~ 2, construction area of 58000 m ~ 2; employs 120 people, including more than 10 technical personnel. IncumbentShandong Province foundry association governing unit, has participated in the drafting of industry standard drafting materials. First, the casting material 1.MD powder series can replace coal and some bentonite. Sand can reduce water, moisture control at 2.8% to 4.0%, compaction rate control at 29% to 45%, clay content control at 9% to 12%.
