我厂加工的CT12型拖拉机变速箱从动齿轮(图1),在φ153.4孔的周围有12个φ12.5_0~(+0.14)的卫星孔,要求对φ153.4孔的位置误差不大于0.15mm。所以,我们设计了一种弹性钻孔夹具(图2)。
