采用水热后处理方法将片状、共价键结合的有机-无机复合硫化物ZnS.0.5en放入热液中热解,制备六方纤锌矿结构ZnS纳米棒,利用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、红外吸收光谱仪分析了水热后处理对ZnS的晶体生长和结构形貌的影响。结果表明:ZnS纳米棒是单晶结构,长度达1μm,直径约有30~40nm。纳米ZnS纳米棒的生长符合溶剂配位分子模板机理。
Hydrothermal post-treatment method was used to prepare the hexagonal wurtzite ZnS nanorods by combining flake-like and covalently bonded organic-inorganic composite sulfide ZnS.0.5en into hydrothermal solution. Using X-ray diffractometer, The effects of hydrothermal post-treatment on the crystal growth and structure morphology of ZnS were analyzed by means of electron microscope and infrared absorption spectrometer. The results show that the ZnS nanorods are single crystal structure with the length of 1μm and the diameter of about 30 ~ 40nm. The growth of nanometer ZnS nanorods conforms to the solvent coordination molecular template mechanism.
