盐城市先锋国际广场作为盐城市迄今为止最大的旧城改造项目,不仅作为一座城市综合体来满足市民的商业,文化,娱乐需求,而且担负着改善城市形象,优化城市投资环境的重要使命。作为盐城市政府2010年重点工程,其建筑体量大,功能复杂,工期紧,招商定位不明确等给设计工作带来一定的难度。本文主要对先锋国际广场建筑中消防供水系统、消防排水系统、消防栓布置设计,自动灭火技术和消防设备维护等方面设计进行论述。
Yancheng Pioneer International Plaza, as Yancheng’s largest urban renewal project to date, not only meets the commercial, cultural and recreational needs of citizens as an urban complex, but also plays an important mission of improving urban image and optimizing urban investment environment. As a key project of Yancheng government in 2010, its construction volume is large, complex functions, tight schedule, investment positioning is not clear and so on to the design work to bring some difficulty. This article mainly discusses the design of fire service system, fire-fighting and drainage system, fire hydrant layout design, automatic fire-extinguishing technology and fire-fighting equipment maintenance in Pioneer International Plaza building.
