本文对不同职业成人紫外线照射与翼状胬肉发病的关系进行了调查。结果:电焊工人和农民的翼状胬肉发病率明显高于对照组;并发现电焊工的发病率随从事电焊职业的工龄及农民随年龄增长而增高。说明紫外线照射可能是翼状胬肉的发病原因,其发病率与紫外线照射总量有关。紫外线照射产生的光化学反应及光电效应抑制DNA和RNA合成,导致组织损害并释放活性物质,引起翼状胬肉生长刺激素的产生和释放,后者刺激翼状胬肉生长。
In this paper, different occupational adult exposure to ultraviolet rays and the incidence of pterygium were investigated. Results: The incidence of pterygium of welders and peasants was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of welders was also found to increase with the age of welding occupations and peasants with age. Description of ultraviolet radiation may be the cause of pterygium pathogenesis, the incidence of UV irradiation and the total. The photochemical reaction and photoelectric effect produced by UV irradiation inhibit the synthesis of DNA and RNA, resulting in tissue damage and release of active substances, causing the production and release of pterygium growth stimulating hormone, which stimulates the growth of pterygium.
