G.Hofstede与G.J.Hofstede把文化比喻成洋葱,包含了四个层次:由外向内分别为象征符号、英雄人物、礼仪与价值观。文化在传播与交流过程中最直观最先呈现给对方的就是象征符号部分,虽然价值观处于文化的最深层,但它可以通过习俗表现出来。因此,中国在经济成功后,能不能让中国文化在世界得以认可与传播,是检验中国真正成功的关键。中国文化的传播,不可能一蹴而就,它应该是一个长期交流、传播、调整、适应、接纳、融合的过程。这个过程中,如何找到一个方法或路径润物无声地使中国价值观为世界接纳,则是一个重要的课题。G.Hofstede与G.J.Hofstede的理论,让我们思考,能不能通过一个载体,首先让理解与接纳能力最强的年轻人先接纳文化表层,进而在他们的成长过程中主动传播与宏扬文化,最终接纳我们的价值观。

G.Hofstede and GJHofstede theory, let us think, can not through a carrier, first of all to understand and accept the most capable young people first to accept the cultural surface, and then in their growth process initiative to promote and promote culture, the ultimate acceptance our perspective.
