目的 :探讨黄芪当归合剂对肾病综合征鼠肾组织细胞表型变化的影响。方法 :采用嘌呤霉素致肾病综合征大鼠模型 ,观察黄芪当归合剂对肾小球系膜细胞和肾间质成纤维细胞表型变化的影响。结果 :肾脏免疫组织化学证实 ,黄芪当归合剂减少了肾小球和肾间质 α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的表达。结论 :黄芪当归合剂明显降低肾小球系膜细胞和成纤维细胞由静止表型向增殖表型的转化 ,具有减轻肾小球硬化和间质纤维化、保护肾功能的作用。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Huangqi and Angelica Mixture on the phenotypic changes of renal tissue in nephrotic rats. METHODS: The puromycin-induced nephrotic syndrome rat model was used to observe the effects of Huangqi Angelica Mixture on the phenotypic changes of glomerular mesangial cells and renal interstitial fibroblasts. Results: Kidney immunohistochemistry confirmed that Astragalus Angelica mixture reduced the expression of α-smooth muscle actin in glomeruli and renal interstitium. Conclusion: Astragalus Angelica mixture can significantly reduce the transformation of mesangial cells and fibroblasts from a stationary phenotype to a proliferative phenotype, and has the effects of alleviating glomerulosclerosis and interstitial fibrosis and protecting renal function.
