中学德育学科教师的基本素质修炼本世纪初启动的新一轮课改,开创了“生活化德育”“主体性德育”“实践性德育”等理念主导下的德育课程运作新时代。课改自然要“改课”[1];而改课,“归根到底取决于美丽的教师。站在讲台上的那个人,决定着教室里的一切,决定着教育的品质。没有教师的成长,永远不会有学生发展。”[2]教师的成长,最根本的是要提升其专业素质。笔者拟就教师的政治素质、道德素质、思想素质、思维素质和情感素质的修炼进行论述,并将此作为“中学德育课程教学品质纵论”的“收官”
The Basic Qualities of Middle School Moral Education Teachers Practice a new round of curriculum reform initiated by the beginning of this century and create a moral education curriculum under the guidance of such concepts as “life moral education”, “subjective moral education” and “practical moral education” New Era. Curriculum changes naturally “change classes” [1]; and change classes, “ultimately depends on the beautiful teacher who stood on the podium, determines the classroom everything, determines the quality of education. Teacher growth, there will never be student development. ”[2] The growth of teachers, the most fundamental is to improve their professional qualities. The author intends to talk about the teachers’ political, moral, ideological, ideological and emotional qualities, and regards them as the final conclusion of the teaching quality of moral education in middle schools.
