目的为了解建工师技校学生饮食行为及其影响,为制定有针对性的营养干预措施提供科学依据。方法于2008年4月对技校学生,进行抽取班级的方法,采用《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》对453名学生进行调查。结果母亲的文化程度不同对学生的饮食习惯有显著影响;学习成绩也影响着饮食习惯,学习成绩中等和较好的同学的饮食习惯较好;是否住校也对学生的饮食习惯有显著的影响。结论应重视技校学生健康饮食行为的培养,针对不健康饮食行为开展有效的营养干预。
Objective To understand the diet behavior and impact of construction technicians in technical schools and to provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted nutritional interventions. Methods In April 2008, 453 students were surveyed by technical school students on the basis of the method of taking classes and the questionnaire of health behaviors among Chinese adolescents. As a result, different maternal education levels have significant effects on students ’eating habits. Learning achievement also affects eating habits. Students with medium and better grades have better eating habits. Living at school also has a significant impact on students’ eating habits . Conclusions Should attach importance to the cultivation of healthy eating behavior of technical school students, and carry out effective nutrition intervention for unhealthy eating behavior.
