在笔者临床实践过程中,常常听到医务人员在对患有高血压、脑血管疾病、糖尿病、冠心病、代谢综合征的患者进行健康教育时提醒他们少吃或不吃鸡蛋,即使要吃,也不要吃蛋黄。许多患者在日常饮食中只敢吃少许鸭肉、鸡肉和兔肉,鸡蛋已经在他们的餐桌上消失了,五谷杂粮、蔬菜及豆类成为了他们的主要食品。但尽管他们如此严格限制饮食,所患的疾病仍在恶化。为了统一意识,笔者在上周查房后利用一个小时时间让社区医生谈谈这些富贵病应不应该吃鸡蛋。首先问他们正常人体
