供试材料为豇豆属(Vigna)的三个种,即 V.radiata,V.aconitifolia 和 V.trilobata。用~(60)Coγ射线10、20、30、40kR 处理含水量约10%的干种子。每一处理用每个种的种子200粒。处理和对照种子在湿滤纸上发芽后播于随机区组设计小区内,设5次重复。苗期调查了种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。M_1从每处理中随机选取20株,观察其形态学变异。M_2进行诱变分析。M_3对两个有益突变体的产量因子进行了研究。按 Konzak 等(1965)的公式,计算了诱变效力和诱变效率。
The tested materials were three species of Vigna, V. radiata, V.aconitifolia and V.trilobata. Dry seeds with a water content of about 10% were treated with ~ (60) Co gamma rays at 10, 20, 30, 40 kR. 200 seeds per seed for each treatment. Treated and control seeds were germinated on wet filter paper and sowed in a randomized block design plot with 5 replicates. The seed germination rate and seedling survival rate were investigated. M_1 from each treatment randomly selected 20 strains, observe the morphological variation. M_2 mutagenesis analysis. Yield factors for two beneficial mutants were studied by M_3. According to the formula of Konzak et al. (1965), the mutagenic efficiency and mutagenic efficiency were calculated.
