基于典籍翻译人才培养的重要性和迫切性,多年来笔者一直在对典籍翻译人才的培养方法进行探索和研究。在历经了以课程设置与课堂教学为主提高学生双语文化和双语转换能力的阶段后,发现问题,及时进行反思,通过深入研究提出改进措施。强化导师对具有典籍翻译潜力的学生进行一对一的精细化指导,并使其在典籍翻译实践中不断历练,才能有效实现培养典籍翻译人才的目标。
Based on the importance and urgency of the cultivation of classical translators, the author has been exploring and researching the training methods of classical translators over the years. After experiencing the stage of improving students’ bilingualism and bilingual ability mainly through curriculum setup and class teaching, the author found problems and conducted timely reflection so as to put forward improvement measures through further research. One-on-one one-on-one refinement guidance is provided to tutors who have the potential of translation of books, and the tutors can continue to practice in the practice of translation of books in order to effectively achieve the goal of training qualified translators.
