监控中心安全约束系统的应用可以有效的杜绝监控中心人为误操作事故的发生,弥补了原来SCADA系统对操作控制防护的不足,实现监控中心对综合自动化变电站设备的远程正确遥控操作。本文分析了当前监控中心运行中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了监控中心安全约束系统的特点及其应对策略,消除监控中心在进行遥控遥调时存在的各种安全隐患。
The application of the safety restraint system in the monitoring center can effectively prevent the occurrence of human misoperation in the monitoring center and make up for the deficiencies of the original SCADA system in operation control and protection and realize the remote and correct remote control operation of the integrated automation substation equipment by the monitoring center. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the current monitoring center and puts forward the characteristics and countermeasures of the safety restraint system of the monitoring center in a targeted manner to eliminate all kinds of potential safety hazards when the monitoring center carries out remote control and remote adjustment.
