新时期加强医院文化建设具有重要性,既是满足医院市场营销的需要,也是满足医院内部管理的需要。医院文化建设需要解决医院社会责任承担和市场营销之间的矛盾和医疗工作人员自身发展和医院发展之间的矛盾。我们可以将医院文化建设分为两个方面,对外需要塑造良好的品牌,对内则应致力于增强全体职工的主人翁意识、归属感和荣誉感。
Strengthening hospital culture construction in the new period is of great importance not only to meet the needs of hospital marketing, but also to meet the needs of the hospital’s internal management. The construction of hospital culture needs to solve the contradiction between the hospital social responsibility commitment and marketing and the contradiction between medical staff’s own development and hospital development. We can divide the construction of hospital culture into two aspects. We need to create a good brand for the outside world, and we should devote ourselves to enhancing the sense of ownership and belongingness and honor of all our staff.
