目的探讨两种白内障摘除方法对黄斑区中心凹神经上皮层厚度的影响。方法将由同一术者完成的244例白内障患者,按手术方法分为两组:超声乳化晶体摘除+人工晶体植入组(PHACO组),晶体囊外摘除+人工晶体植入组(ECCE组)。手术后第3天采用Zeiss-3000型光学相干断层扫描仪(OCT3)检查:0.5%复方托品酰胺充分散大瞳孔6 mm以上,被检眼注视镜头内闪烁注视点,以黄斑部为扫描部位,以中心凹为中心,定位施行6条交角为30°的6 mm长线状扫描。数据测量点设定黄斑中心凹,测量数据6个,取其平均值。对数据进行统计分析。结果超声乳化晶体摘除+人工晶体植入组(PHACO组)术后黄斑厚度(145.71±21.20)μm,晶体囊外摘除+人工晶体植入组(ECCE组)术后黄斑厚度(144.50±19.71)μm,二者对比分析差异无统计学意义(t=0.325,P=0.746)。结论两种术式对黄斑区中心凹神经上皮层厚度的影响是一致的。
