第一、教学要有的放矢。“的”即是教学的最终目标;“矢”是计划中教给学生的知识技能。有“的”才能放“矢”。放“矢”必须描准“的”。只行这样的有“的”放“矢”才会有明确的方向,才会使教学开花结果。例如,九年义务教育的初中语文教学的目标是培养学生正确理解和运用祖国文字的能力,在训练的过程中传授知识,发展智力,提高其文化素质和思想素质。为达到目标,我首先让学生充分认识到学习语文与生活的重要性,由此生发出学好语文的强烈欲望和兴趣。继而,有计划有步骤地训练和培养他们理解和运用祖
