为满足用户对钢材质量日益苛刻的要求,数值模拟作为新兴的研究方法正越来越发挥重要的作用。但目前在用其研究钢包喷吹体系中,各种数学模型建立在大量的假设基础上,导致模拟结果与实际有些偏差。为此,综述了多相数值模拟技术的发展情况,介绍了其在钢包炉研究中的应用效果,并提出了今后的发展方向。
To meet the increasingly demanding requirements of users for steel quality, numerical simulation is playing an increasingly important role as an emerging research method. However, in the current study of ladle blowing system, various mathematical models are based on a large number of assumptions, resulting in some deviations from the simulation results. For this reason, the development of multiphase numerical simulation technology is summarized, the application effect in the study of ladle furnace is introduced, and the future development direction is proposed.
