在空调温室利用风媒接种方法对从国内外搜集的 35 7份甜瓜种质资源进行了白粉病抗性鉴定 ,鉴定出 6 9份抗源 ,其中国外抗源品种有 5 2份 ;国内种业市场或育种单位搜集的当前推广的品种只有 10份抗白粉病 ;在所鉴定的 133份中国薄皮甜瓜和菜瓜地方品种资源中有 6份甜瓜和 1份菜瓜抗白粉病 ,表明中国甜瓜地方品种资源中蕴涵着潜在的改良甜瓜白粉病抗性的基因。抗源自交后代抗病株明显多于感病株 ,初步认为抗源基因的遗传可能表现为显性。
357 muskmelon germplasm resources collected from home and abroad were identified for resistance to powdery mildew by means of wind tunnel inoculation method in air-conditioned greenhouses. Sixty-nine resistance sources were identified, of which 52 were foreign-sourced ones. The domestic seed industry Only 10 powdery mildew resistant cultivars were collected from the market or breeder. Among the identified 133 Chinese melon and melon cultivars, 6 melons and 1 melon were resistant to powdery mildew, indicating that the Chinese melon variety Implies potential genes that improve resistance to melon powdery mildew. The anti-resistant plants of self-progeny self-cross were obviously more than the susceptible ones, suggesting that the inheritance of anti-progeny genes may be dominant.
