本文应用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法研究胆囊癌和胆管癌组织中ＮＭ２３蛋白的表达及其意义。４０例胆囊癌ＮＭ２３蛋白阳性病例率和４２例胆管癌ＮＭ２３蛋白阳性病例率分别为６５％和５５％，高分化胆囊癌和胆管嵃危停玻车鞍籽粜圆±拭飨缘馗哂诘头只野┖偷ü馨┗蛭捶只ü馨话樽频牡野┖偷ü馨ＭＮ２３蛋白阳性病例率明显低于未转移的胆囊癌和胆管癌。结果提示ＮＭ２３蛋白表达可能与胆系癌组织学嵦卣鳌⑸镅形⒆苹蚯痹谧铺匦约霸ず蟮扔忻芮泄叵担危停玻车鞍卓赡苁且陨戏矫娴囊桓鲋匾昙菎物。
In this study, the expression of NM23 protein in gallbladder carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma was studied by ABC immunohistochemistry. The positive rate of NM23 protein in gallbladder carcinoma and the positive rate of NM23 protein in 42 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were 65% and 55%, respectively. The well-differentiated gallbladder carcinoma and bile duct endangered carotid tumor were positive and negative. The rate of MN23 protein positive cases was significantly lower than that of non-metastatic gallbladder carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.
