当今中国,社会主义市场经济蓬勃发展,互联网信息技术发展迅速。经营者为谋取市场竞争中利益的最大化,与原有的传统经营方式进行比较,利用互联网进行经营的方式更加大众化。利用网络平台的各种竞争方式应运而生,然而以不正当竞争方式误导消费者的现象也时有发生。引人误解的虚假宣传便是典型的一种不正当竞争方式。
In today’s China, the socialist market economy is thriving, and Internet information technology is developing rapidly. Operators seeking to maximize the benefits of market competition, compared with the original traditional mode of operation, the use of the Internet to operate more popular way. However, the phenomenon of misleading consumers by means of unfair competition has occurred from time to time. Misleading false propaganda is a typical form of unfair competition.
