高尔基说过“只有热爱孩子的人,才可以教育孩子”。在工作中,会遇到一些“问题”孩子,却遇到“为什么我把整个身心都献给了学生,却得不到他们的认可呢?”我决定在工作中换个角度和学生沟通:用爱和智慧建立牢靠的师生关系。
