采用聚己二酸乙二醇酯多元醇(PEA)、TDI-100(T-100)及3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E-300),通过预聚物法及半预聚物法,研究了低聚物多元醇种类、凹凸棒土用量、偶联剂改性凹凸棒土对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,填充凹凸棒土后聚氨酯弹性体的弯曲强度明显提高;随着凹凸棒土用量的增加,聚氨酯弹性体的弯曲强度逐渐增大;与未改性的凹凸棒土相比,经偶联剂改性的凹凸棒土填充聚氨酯弹性体可显著提高其力学性能;采用半预聚物法,将凹凸棒土首先与补加的多元醇混合合成聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能显著提高。
Polyethylene adipate polyol (PEA), TDI-100 (T-100) and 3,5-dimethylthiotoluenediamine (E-300) Material method, the effects of oligomer polyols, the amount of attapulgite, and the coupling agent-modified attapulgite on the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomers were studied. The results show that the flexural strength of polyurethane elastomer increases obviously with the addition of attapulgite. With the increase of the amount of attapulgite, the flexural strength of polyurethane elastomer increases gradually. Compared with unmodified attapulgite, Agent-modified attapulgite filled polyurethane elastomer can significantly improve its mechanical properties; using semi-prepolymer method, attapulgite first mixed with additional polyol polyurethane elastomer mechanical properties were significantly improved.
