完成了Q80型履带板的产品及模具设计,通过Q80型履带板的浇注工艺试验,得到形状完整、表面光洁的产品。介绍了耐磨铸钢件Q80型履带板的V法生产工艺及品质控制。通过与现有的水玻璃砂生产工艺对比,发现V法铸造工艺产品在表面品质及尺寸精度方面均有一定的优势。同时,经过产品成本核算,采用V法铸造工艺,单件造型成本有明显下降。
Completed the Q80-type track shoes product and mold design, through the Q80-type track shoe casting process test, get the shape of a complete, smooth surface products. The V method production process and quality control of Q80 type track shoe are introduced. By comparing with the existing production process of sodium silicate sand, it is found that the V process casting product has certain advantages in surface quality and dimensional accuracy. At the same time, after the product costing, using V-casting process, the cost of a single piece has dropped significantly.
