目的观察纳米羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料的根尖封闭性能。方法选取42个直根管的前牙,随机分为3个试验组(每组各12个)和2个对照组(每组各3个),采用逐步后退法预备根管,用侧向加压法进行充填。3个试验组所用根管材料分别是纳米羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙牙胶尖组(nHACa)、羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料糊剂加牙胶尖组(HACa)、纳米羟基磷灰石加牙胶尖组(HA),用葡萄糖微渗漏测量法和扫描电镜观察根充材料与根管壁的密合度,评价根尖封闭性。结果经苯酚硫酸法检测,3组材料的葡萄糖渗漏浓度有显著性差异(t=2.4647,P<0.05)。结论纳米羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料的根尖封闭性能优于羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料和纳米羟基磷灰石。
Objective To observe the apical sealability of nano-hydroxyapatite / calcium silicate composite. Methods 42 anterior teeth of straight root canal were randomly divided into three experimental groups (12 in each group) and two control groups (3 in each group). The root canal was prepared by the step-down method. Pressure method for filling. The root canal materials used in the three experimental groups were nHA Ca, hydroxyapatite / calcium silicate composite paste plus gutta percha fraction (HA Ca), nano-hydroxyapatite plus gutta-percha fraction (HA). The microencapsulation of glucose and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the adherence of root-filling material and root canal wall. Results The results of phenol-sulfuric acid assay showed that there was a significant difference in glucose leakage between the three groups (t = 2.4647, P <0.05). Conclusions Apical apical sealing performance of nano-hydroxyapatite / calcium silicate composite is better than hydroxyapatite / calcium silicate composite and nano-hydroxyapatite.
