新华区连续7年被石家庄市委、市政府评为“实绩突出班子”,2002年全区实现国内生产总值23.5亿元,财政收入3.91亿元,综合经济实力持续保持市内五区第一,“花园型城区、知识型城区、信用型城区”已初具雏形。这些成绩的取得,得益于我区以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,不断探索和实践新形势下社区思想政治工作的新机制、新载体,不断增强社区思想政治工作的时效性,扩大覆盖面和影响力。
