输气站场一般采取三级压力控制的模式进行压力控制,即正常情况下由工作调压阀对下游压力进行控制,安全切断阀和监控调压阀处于全开位置。采用三级调压模式,下游管道可以不设置安全阀,但对于采用三级控制模式且在下游管道设置安全阀的,安全阀整定压力可按GB50251中给出的关系式进行确定;安全切断阀的压力设定,国内标准没有相关要求,欧洲标准给出一个区间范围可供参考。结合川气东送管道及西气东输管道,提出了调压撬各点压力设置的建议,可为其它长输管道调压系统各点压力设置提供参考。
