Glu- 1位点的等位基因变异与普通小麦的烘烤品质有密切的关系 ,本文利用根据 Glu- Dly位点的基因序列设计的一对引物 ,通过 PCR技术 ,可以准确鉴别等位基因的变异 Glu- Dly10和 Glu- Dly12 ,同时还可以初步鉴定 Glu- B1位点的等位基因变异 Glu- Blh(14+15 ) ,为分子标记辅助选择在小麦品质育种中的应用提供了基础
