TDE85/DDS固化体系吸湿性能及机理

通过水煮实验、DMA和红外光谱分析研究了TDE85/DDS浇注体的吸湿特性,吸湿前后的动态力学性能和吸湿前后的分子结构,并采用红外光谱和气质联用仪分析了TDE85树脂水煮前后的分子结构。结果表明,在湿热环境下,TDE85/DDS树脂浇铸体分子结构中的酯基会水解生成羧基和羟基;未加固化剂的TDE85树脂水煮后也会发生水解反应;TDE85/DDS树脂浇铸体的平衡吸湿率为21%;由于树脂浇铸体水解反应的发生,其分子三维交联结构破坏,进而造成了树脂浇铸体的热性能和力学性能下降。 The moisture absorption, the dynamic mechanical properties before and after moisture absorption and the molecular structure before and after moisture absorption of TDE85 / DDS were studied by boiling test, DMA and FTIR analysis.
