Since the beginning of the 1960s, θyama Reiner first proposed and studied the classification and identification of microorganisms by using pyrolysis gas chromatography (PGC). Many researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of work on the identification of microorganisms using the “fingerprinting” method . Later, the use of high performance capillary columns greatly enhanced the ability to identify different species of microorganisms.
