As one of the campus aesthetic courses, physical training is receiving more and more attention from all colleges and universities all over the country. According to the characteristics of physical education in colleges and universities, the article further explores the relationship between teaching and learning, which should suit the distinctive characteristics of contemporary college students in the choice of curriculum and teaching content.
