目的:探究在临床生化检验中消除脂血对常用指标干扰的方法。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年6月到广州医科大学附属第一医院进行体检的90例健康人员,对体检者在空腹情况下抽取3 m L静脉血,选择真空型采血管来保存,然后准备高三酰甘油的混合血清和乳糜类干扰物质。在完成系列浓度的干扰标本之后,平均分成观察组与对照组,两组血样采取不同的方法进行检测处理,对照组血样采取稀释法,观察组采取高速离心法,然后对比两组血样的检测结果。结果:在干扰试验中采用高速离心法检测的血样其天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、前白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素、低密度与高密度的脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、葡萄糖的相关系数明显比稀释法高。结论:在临床生化常用指标检验中高速离心法对消除脂血的干扰具有很好的效果。
Objective: To explore the clinical biochemical tests to eliminate the interference of lipid-lowering methods of commonly used indicators. Methods: From January 2014 to June 2015, 90 health workers who went to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for physical examination were enrolled. Blood samples of 3 m L were collected from the subjects under fasting condition, Then prepare a mixture of high triglyceride serum and chylous interfering substances. After the series of interference samples were completed, they were equally divided into observation group and control group. The two groups of blood samples were detected by different methods. The control group was diluted by high-speed centrifugation, and the observation group was subjected to high-speed centrifugation. . Results: In the interference test, blood samples detected by high-speed centrifugation were aspartate aminotransferase, prealbumin, alanine aminotransferase, urea, low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol and glucose The correlation coefficient was significantly higher than the dilution method. CONCLUSION: High-speed centrifugation is an effective method to eliminate the interference of lipids and blood in the common clinical biochemical tests.
