超高层住宅因其建筑高度的原因,受到热压和风压的综合影响,故其供暖设计热负荷的计算不同于普通高层及多层建筑。各楼层以及各房间之间的供暖负荷变化幅度较大,平均变化幅度在40%左右,而大幅度则达到了58%以上。冷风渗透耗热量在超高层建筑供暖负荷中受建筑高度影响最大。由于房间面积和可开启外窗面积的不同,冷风渗透对起居室影响最大,卫生间次之,厨房以及卧室影响相对较小。
Due to the height of the building, super high-rise residential buildings are affected by the combined effect of hot-pressing and wind-pressureing. Therefore, the calculation of heating design heat load is different from ordinary high-rise and multi-storey buildings. The heating load between each floor and each room varies a lot, with an average change of about 40% and a substantial increase of over 58%. Cold air infiltration heat consumption in the high-rise building heating load in the building height of the greatest impact.
