近年来,现代激励方法在调动人积极性的实践中得到广泛的应用,日渐形成了具有中国特色的激励艺术。激励的基本内涵,是针对人的不同需要,为满足、发展、升华人的需要创造一定的条件,使人从需要的补偿中产生工作动力,提高工作效率。激励包括物质激励和精神激励两个方面。物质激励以奖金、实物等激励手段,旨在为满足人的衣、食、住、行等物质需要创造一定的条件,使人从对物质的需求中产生工作动力。精神激励则以表扬、赏识等为激励手段,旨在满足人的荣誉感、成就感等高级精神需要、并在满足高级需要的同时灌输这些需要,在高级精神需要的补偿中净化、升华人的
