高速柴油机用途广泛,可用于机车、船舶、发电站、钻探和非道路用矿用卡车、油井压裂等。这类柴油机目前的性能和排放水平,一方面必须满足比现有系列产品还要低的燃油消耗指标,另一方面又受成本因素的制约,例如硬件的通用性、生产线的能力、零部件能承受的最高爆发压力或涡轮增压器的可用性等。除这些因素之外,用户对废气再循环、排气后处理或双燃料运行等不同技术方案是否接受,也使得柴油机的研发工作越来越具有挑战性。尽管困难重重,仍然必须在兼顾各种要求的情况下开发一种柴油机平台的最佳方案。文章介绍了带有废气再循环以及选择性催化还原系统(SCR)的多用途高速柴油机在满足Tier 4要求方面的研发成果及边界条件。
High-speed diesel engines are used for a wide range of applications in locomotives, ships, power stations, drilling and off-highway mining trucks, oil well fracturing and more. The current performance and emission levels of these diesel engines must not only meet the fuel consumption index lower than that of existing products but also be constrained by the cost factors such as the universality of the hardware, the ability of the production line, Withstand the highest burst pressure or turbocharger availability and more. In addition to these factors, the acceptability of different technical solutions such as exhaust gas recirculation, exhaust gas aftertreatment or dual-fuel operation makes the development of diesel engines more and more challenging. Despite all the difficulties, the best solution for a diesel engine platform must still be developed taking into account the various requirements. This article describes the R & D results and boundary conditions for a multi-purpose high-speed diesel engine with exhaust gas recirculation and a selective catalytic reduction system (SCR) to meet Tier 4 requirements.
