人力资源管理工作中的薪酬激励管理就是重要的业务之一,管理工作最艰难的地方就是其激励的影响和企业经济发展之间方案效果、成本约束的对比。本文主要是对人力资源薪酬激励策略的优化和实践方案进行研究与分析,以此为企业的薪酬管理工作创造完善的解决方案,促使企业的人力资源管理得到有效的提升。同时,依据研究案例发现,人力资源管理中的薪酬激励在实际发展中存在着一定的问题,导致其工作实施的困难,这就需要企业管理人员提出有效的改善激励方案,以此权衡方案与企业现实发展之前的困境。
Compensation management in human resources management is one of the most important businesses.
