新一轮课程改革如火如荼地开展,时至今日已十多载,从课改理念的学习,到深入课堂进行课改实验,我从中受益匪浅,个中变化让我真切地感受到:我与课改同成长,课改助我快成长。一、教育理念发生了转变第一,我认识到自己不再是知识的传授者,而是学生学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。第二,基本实现了我和学生在课堂上的平等,课堂上我能做到和学生平等对话,师生关系和谐融洽。第三,我在教育教学上能关注每一个学生的发展,特别关注差生的每一点 The new round of curriculum reform is in full swing.
