当人们研究科学、教育和文化问题时,重要的是从这些问题与整个国民经济体制的相互联系上来加以考察。物质生产(主要指工业、农业、建筑、运输、通信、商业等)为负责提供生活资料和满足整个社会物质和精神需要的其他部门的活动奠定了坚实的经济基础。在整个国民经济结构中,有些活动不属于物质生产部门,而是为了满足居民的社会和文化需要,这些活动构成社会基础结构的大部分,其中最主要的是科学、教育和文化。本文试图从促进生产的角度来考察科学与教育的联系,以及它们在更广阔的文化领域中所占的地位。
When studying scientific, educational and cultural issues, it is important to examine them from the interrelationship between these issues and the entire national economic system. Material production (mainly industrial, agricultural, construction, transportation, communications, commerce, etc.) has laid a solid economic foundation for the activities of other sectors responsible for providing living resources and meeting the material and spiritual needs of the entire society. In the overall structure of the national economy, some activities are not part of the material production sector, but to meet the social and cultural needs of the inhabitants, which form the majority of the social infrastructure, the most important being science, education and culture. This article attempts to examine the linkages between science and education in terms of promoting production and their position in the wider field of culture.
