这是泰国教育部制定的一份促进泰国汉语教学的五年战略规划。规划把促进汉语教学提高到了提高国家竞争力的战略高度来认识,规划简要描述了泰国汉语教学的现状和问题,对汉语教学政策、教学大纲、教材教具、提高教师能力等方面提出了战略建议。这项战略规划对于推动泰国汉语教学的规范化与快速发展将起到重要推动作用,对中国支持泰国汉语教学的决策和泰国汉语推广问题研究具有重要参考价值。
This is a five-year strategic plan developed by the Thai Ministry of Education to promote Thai language teaching in Thailand. The plan recognizes the promotion of Chinese language teaching to the strategic level of enhancing national competitiveness. It plans to briefly describe the current situation and problems of Chinese language teaching in Thailand and put forward strategic suggestions on Chinese teaching policies, syllabus, teaching aids and teachers’ abilities. This strategic plan will play an important role in promoting the standardization and rapid development of Chinese teaching in Thailand and is of important reference value for China’s decision-making on supporting Chinese teaching in Thailand and on the promotion of Thai language in Thailand.
