目的 :探讨在上皮癌变过程中c -myc及c -neu的表达及二者与外耳道和中耳鳞癌发生的相关性 ,以进一步阐明该类肿瘤的病因和发生机理。方法 :收集患者外耳道和中耳黏膜上皮 ,包括正常上皮 (N) 7例 ,慢性非特异性炎症 (IF) 5例 ,癌旁正常组织 (EAC) 8例 ,鳞状细胞癌 (SCC) 30例 (外耳癌 1 2例 ,中耳癌 1 8例 )。一抗分别为抗c -myc及抗c-neu单抗 ,采用免疫组化SP法检测c -myc及c -neu基因蛋白。结果 :( 1 )SCC组阳性率与其它组阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ;( 2 )两种癌基因在高分化组中的表达阳性率均高。结论 :c -myc和c -neu与SCC关系密切 ,二者的表达具有高度相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of c-myc and c-neu in epithelial carcinogenesis and their correlation with the occurrence of squamous cell carcinoma of the external auditory canal and middle ear, so as to further elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of this kind of tumor. Methods: Seven cases of normal epithelium (N), five cases of chronic nonspecific inflammation (IF), eight cases of normal adjacent tissue (EAC) and 30 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) were collected. 1 2 cases of external ear carcinoma, 18 cases of middle ear carcinoma). The primary antibodies were anti-c-myc and anti-c-neu monoclonal antibodies respectively. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the c-myc and c-neu protein. Results: (1) There was a significant difference between the positive rates of SCC and other groups (P <0 05). (2) The positive rates of both oncogenes in well-differentiated group were high. Conclusion: c-myc and c -neu are closely related to SCC, the expression of which is highly correlated.
