总结了宝钢300t 氧气顶吹转炉试炼24炉厚板钢的情况。分析了原料条件、操作工艺等各种因素对钢中硫、磷、氢等元素的影响。明确了转炉冶炼过程中仍有一定的脱硫能力,只要实现全程化渣,不必过分提高装入碱度,也能保证脱磷。通过摸索提出了入炉原材料标准,制订了合理的吹炼工艺和出钢合金化操作制度,成功地冶炼出平均含硫0.0047%、含磷0.0163%、含氮小于60ppm 的厚板钢。
Summarized Baosteel 300t oxygen top blown furnace trial 24 cases of thick plate steel. The effects of various factors, such as raw material conditions and operation techniques, on sulfur, phosphorus and hydrogen in steel were analyzed. Clear process of converter smelting there is still a certain degree of desulfurization capacity, as long as the full realization of slag, do not have to raise the alkalinity too much, but also to ensure dephosphorization. Through the exploration, the standard of raw materials into the furnace was put forward and a reasonable blowing process and tapping alloying operation system were established. The thick slab steel containing 0.0047% of sulfur, 0.0163% of phosphorus and less than 60ppm of nitrogen was successfully smelted.
